Hi - I have a 1 BR apt in the Rittenhouse Claridge which is currently under lease through 31 Oct. Apt is on 8th floor and overlooks Rittenhouse Square. Rent is $1870. I am moving to NYC and need to divest the apt relatively quickly.
If interested you may take on the lease and re-up (or modify terms with the landlord). I am happy to leave some furniture items with you in apt if interested - let me know.
