I am Wharton/Lauder Class of 2011 and I would love to rent my 2 Bedroom/1 Bedroom Den to a Wharton student/family again this year.
The apartment is a very spacious (1300 square feet) unit with 1.5 marble-appointed baths, wood floors in main room, kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, stacked washer and dryer and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom can be used as an office, a gym, a tv/movie/game room, etc. It would be fabulous for one person, a couple, or a couple with young children.
Parc Rittenhouse is located on the Eastern side of Rittenhouse Square, right next to Parc Restaurant. It is a doorman building with gym, beautiful outdoor pool, lounge/study room, and movie screening room.
It is truly a fabulous place to live as a Wharton student!
