Anyway, I have to decide today if I should take Business Law or not. Also I should decide which one to take, Corporate Finance of Calculus III. As for Corporate Finance, in college I have already taken 2 basic accounting course, cost accounting, public finance and business finance. Is Corporate Finance going to be too much? Also Corporate Finance and Business Finance are close in content, so I dont know if it is worth taking it.

Flip a coin. If it's heads, take business law. If it is tails, don't take the course. See what the result is and how you feel about it. If you really are neutral, you shouldn't be worried about the result. But if you hesitate based on what the outcome is, you may have an underlying preference you should address.

As for CorpFin vs. Calc III, what will you value learning more? Did you do well in your previous business related courses? If not (and particularly in the business finance course), perhaps it makes sense to take the CorpFin class.

I took Business Finance in college and got A. That is why I am wondering if it is worth taking a course that is close in content to the course that I have already taken with grade A.

Assuming the content is very similar (compare the syllabi), then no. You have already - presumably - demonstrated aptitude in that area. If you are doing it to "refresh" your memory on the subject matter and for self-edification, that is another case altogether (one would hope that you would retain the information you learned in college, but that's not always how reality works, of course).

In short, you are likely better off pursuing another subject for study. Trust your instincts. You will need to in order to be successful at Wharton and in business, I'd argue.

    Good luck,

    Victor
